All of the providers and nurses are great. They always get us in quickly, when needed. Everyone really cares and shows compassion.

Dr. Hirl is AMAZING! Her nurse Emily is AWESOME also. They are very thorough and never make you feel like they aren't listening to you. Anytime I need anything they are quick to respond. The front staff is really great as well. If they cant get you in that day they will search other clinics to get you seen. I love this office for my three children. (13,8,1). Highly recommend!

It’s a great facility with a fun and modern look. The staff was very friendly. They got me in and out quickly and handled my concerns!

The doctors there are great but I can't say that about the front desk. Didn't appreciate her pointing out to me out loud that I had a balance to take care of!

I'm extremely upset with this office. The staff and doctors are nice, but the billing department is a mess. My daughter is almost 18 months old, which means I've been there 7 times including two sick visits. I received a call from collections today regarding a bill that was sent 17 months ago. I never received said bill and in the 7 times I've been there it was never mentioned to me. After L&D I settled all our bills with unity point, how is this bill unpaid? I pay my bills. Being sent to collections is infuriating.

Hands down the best pediatric clinic around! Every doctor and nurse in this clinic is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! The women at the front desk are phenomenal as well! During my daughter’s 15 month checkup, I brought up concerns about her drastic change in mood, lack of appetite and the overall feeling that something felt “off. ” Dr. Hirl listened to my concerns, validated my feelings and then ran some blood work to see what was going on. The results indicated that my daughter had Celiac Disease. The amazing part about all of this, is that you can’t detect Celiac in a typical blood panel, you have to run the actual test for it. I’m so thankful that she was knowledgeable enough to consider that possibility, because had she not tested for
Celiac, it could’ve gone undetected and misdiagnosed for years, as it’s not very common to find it in children so young! I can’t say enough great things about her and the entire Walnut Creek clinic! My daughter is now healthy and thriving because of them. I’m forever grateful.

Went on a weekend and did not get the care we expected (told to go home and make an appointment if not improved after a week) and had to go to the doctor the very next day to get diagnosed properly. Very disappointed.

My sons Dr is awesome; he is so kid friendly and almost like a big kid himself-he isn't an uptight dr that you might find @ a family clinic and he makes the dr apts an ejoyable experaince. I would (and have!) recommended this office to anyone who needs a pediatrician.

We have been taking our younger son to this clinic since he was a baby, and my elder son since he was2, although we see dr.waymire for all the check ups, we see other doctors when the kids are sick depending on the availability, overall i will surely recommend this clinic to everyone because the service is excellent.

I actually stumbled upon this website when looking for the phone number of my pediatrician. I noticed that another review said to stay away from Joel Waymire, but I think quite the opposite. Joel Waymire is a great doctor. He's always willing to answer any questions that I have. He is very knowledgeable and has given me a lot of good advice. Basically I could not say enough good things about this doctor. No matter where I move to in the Metro, I will continue to stay with this doctor.

This is the first clinic I have ever gone to where we actually get in at our scheduled time (if not sooner) and the nurses and doctor's are so friendly! Highly recommend!

Our PCP is at the Waukee Clinic. However there are occasions where we can't get in and have frequented this clinic. The medical care has been fine.
My only issue, it may sound nit picky, however it is important. When a child has a name that could be shortened. A dr should NEVER do that without asking the child or parent what the child prefers to be addressed as. The name on the chart is what the dr should call the child. This has happened twice at this clinic. They don't know my son. His name isn't shortened. I find it offensive that they just cavalierly do this.
The next time they do this I will correct the dr.

Dr. Lonzarich has been my 8 year old sons pediatrician since he was born. He was recommended to me when I was pregnant and I am so thankful he was. Dr. Lonzarich is a phenomenal pediatrician and is so great with children. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone looking!

We just moved to Iowa and chose this Clinic because it's right by our house. Dr Waymire is a fantastic pediatrician. The nurses are great as well as the front desk. Definitely recommend!

Front Desk personnel very quickly signs a patient in. Also, very professional, informed, knowledgeable, organized, and very friendly.

My 3yr old daughter sees Dr. Waymire. He's great! BUT over the last few appointments I've had to sit for lengthy amounts of time. I'm sitting here now and I've been here for 50mins. Clinic is run poorly and I don't understand how they can turn a 1030 appointment to 1130 appt by making families wait.

I have been taking my oldest here for 3years and my youngest since she was born in may. We make the hour drive because we were receiving excellent care. Always had a great experience. Then today as I'm upset about an ongoing issue and I started crying the nurse hung up on me. When I called back she refused to get back on the phone. Apparently it's the place to go as long as you aren't upset about your kids. Front desk staff is amazing. Some of the nurses are amazing, but one person treating me like my concerns aren't valid just ruined this entire place for me.
