UnityPoint Clinic Urgent Care - San Marnan, Waterloo IA

I am super impressed with this urgent care. The staff is so kind and accommodating. I also have to give a shout-out to Megan and Margie, ARNP, for being absolute rock stars with my care. I will definitely be going to this location from now on.

I had a GREAT experience today! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All tests ran, talking to P. A.the works. Brought a book because last time the wait time was overwhelming. Great job everyone. Very friendly staff!

We came in because my son hurt his wrist. They did x rays and said it was "not broken". They made me and him seem like he was being dramatic with the amount of pain he was in and told me to go to Target and buy a brace. Then they said someone would look at the x-rays off site and call me within the hour to confirm the results. No one called. We went two days without a brace or anything preventing him from moving it. He was in pain. I finally called and told them I needed an answer because something wasn't right. They ended up calling me back in about 10 minutes and confirmed my sons wrist was indeed broken and to come in for a brace. We will never put our health in their hands again. BBB complaint coming as well.

Called 2 days in a row, as I had a question about my health. I just needed some guidance. I wasn't sure with all the Covid-19 related issues, if I should come in or not. That's why I called. Both days I was told, "I will have a nurse talk to a provider and call you back. " I never received a call. So when I called for the third time, calm and collected explaining again that I was still waiting for a call, I was told "I don't know why someone would tell you that. You need to be seen. " The thing is, the woman I talked on the phone was the same person I talked to earlier in the morning. So why did she tell me that someone would call me back? This unity point has been great to me in the past. All I wanted was for someone to call me back and give me some guidance on what to do. As it seems they never had any intention of doing that.

The staff was phenomenal, very friendly and professional! I was taken back to a room immediately with a thorough exam, diagnosed and on my way home in 20 min.

On this day the front desk lady was nothing but attitude and rude. For the money and web md diagnosis not worth it. Worst unity point visit I ever had.

Went there to get checked for a heavy cough shortness of breath headaches etc.got “doctor” Martha hall, she only did the usual checkup, bp, pulse, temp, checked my throat. Told me my lungs were “perfectly fine” and she told me I may have a sinus infection but nothing serious. Same day I’m in the ER for Sepsis (life threatening) and pneumonia and was hospitalized for 2 almost 3 days but guess what? No sinus infection. If you want to stay alive I would recommend never getting an opinion from her.

Excellent staff. Get right down to business, address your concerns and exam your needs with out cutting corners and not a single waste of your time. They're Consideration is focused on getting your needs and concerns taken care of@ the lowest cost ànd least amount of Hassel for you they have simple options you can make the best decision for your time and different needs. The atmosphere is comforting and the place is spotless! Myself I love the location and the parking is a easy to get in and out of. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication for the hospitality and healing. These people have my fullest Recommendation. TCB

Excellent service in a great facility by wonderful staff. My Mom and I took my Grandpa to this clinic on Saturday. Signed up for a walk-in appointment. Process was super easy and there was zero wait when we arrived. Nurses and Doc were very nice and didn't rush the appointment. We didn't need the waiting area, but it would have been a comfortable place to wait. Surprisingly awesome for a medical clinic.

Needed to have my son seen on a Saturday. I checked in on line to schedule our walkin time and that saved us an hour wait in the waiting room. Upon arrival and sharing info we were escorted directly to a room! Within 5 minutes we saw a NP and were out the door 10 minutes later. Easy, friendly, professional and caring! Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy with no problems.

Great care and professional office. HOWEVER, be careful where you have prescriptions sent. I've been to this office twice, and both times they have sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy, even after asking where I want it sent.

They always ate quick here. The staff is super professional. I wish all doctors offices were like this.

My husband went here to get cleared for work. His hand was cut and they said steri-strips couldn’t do. His wound opened just from them wraping it. Then a week later he went to get cleared yet again and they wrote the wrong date.

I called to ask a few questions. When they heard they couldn't help me with my first question, they immediately hung up. Was asking my second question when I heard a dialtone.

Great place. Recommend it to everyone. It’s nice that they call 2 days later just to see if everything is ok.

This place is awsome all the way around from the clinic it self to staff members very clean and friendly environment defanatly recommend this place, got taken care of fast and all my questions where answered.

ARNP's are very caring and listen what you have to say. The nurses are nice and the building is clean and well kept. I would recommend this Urgent Care over all of the others in Waterloo/Cedar Falls.
