The staff is friendly and we have been able to get in and out quickly after checking in online first and then arriving.

Had stitches placed and was told to come back in 10 days to have them removed for no charge. 10 days later when I went to have them removed, the office was closed in the middle of the afternoon and the sign said they would be back the next day at 8am. I tried to call, but the phone was disconnected. I left but tried again the next day and the office was still closed. I did not want the stitches to be in for too long so I had to go to Grand River Medical’s urgent care and pay another copay to have them removed. This was all very inconvenient, please be open when you tell a patient to come back in a certain amount of time.

Closed literally in the middle of the day? ! Found my kids a sitter, drove all the way here for there to be a sign on the door saying "lunch break, back at 2" This was at 12: 30. In what world do we;
A) Get that long of a lunch hour
B) Close a walk in medical facility for lunch
C) Are still answering phones like they don't see the problem with this, so you're clearly in there. You just don't want to tend to patients.

I could understand if they were having staffing issues, posted it online, and in their automated system. Everywhere it says OPEN ALL DAY 8-8. To randomly close a whole office for lunch is so wild in healthcare. Why can't the employees have lunch shifts just like every other employer? Never in my life have I seen a business close for lunch. Also the receptionists attitude was less than admirable. Looking at the reviews seems like there's a pattern of all this. This location really needs an overhaul. Where is corporate looking into all these bad reviews and turning patients away on numerous occasions? Seems like the employees here don't actually want to work if you ask me. Actions speak louder, and read all these reviews!

Went in before they closed and blond behind the counter said they were closing soon. Come back another time. What’s the point of having hours that you’re open if you won’t see people in that time. Oh, and drove 20 mins to get there and 20 back. Way to waste my time……

Drove to dub.to unity point urgent care to be seen for severe face pain. All this nurse practitioner did was look in my mouth & say I needed a dentist. Lymph nodes are swollen, face pain & swollen. What a total waste of my time. Should've drove to IA city VA & at least I would have have been treated.
Never ever going back.

We were waiting outside the doors for a few min and they were locked and it wasn't til my kids tried to knock on the glass and tried opening the other door to get someone's attention as no one was at the reception. Finally, someone gets to the front, but the worst attitude ever. My kids were denied care and her excuse was that it was closed because the doors automatically lock at 8pm. When I showed her the time that it wasn't 8pm she just says with a nasty and sarcastic attitude, "so u just show up seconds before? "
Yeah, because I planned for my kids to get sick? Doesn't make sense for her to have such an attitude and much less sense for her to still work there and deny people care the way she did. If she doesn't like her hours she needs to go somewhere else or quit instead of trying to leave early and unethical turn people in need away.

Was seen and treated first at the emergency room 2 days ago, with something wrong with my eye. Come back today to urgent care, lady at the counter goes "well you were already treated, I'm not sure what you want them to do today". First off, she doesn't know my case, therefore, her opinion is invalid and unnecessary. I didn't trust the opinion of the ER doctor, who very quickly looked at my eye not taking much time. Today, urgent care found I ACTUALLY have a foreign body in my eye, a referred me to an eye clinic. Too bad I had to go through 2 days of misery first.
