6 I have been spoiled by a great delivery driver for years. He was friendly and caring.
The new driver is always on his headset when he walks into my business talking to someone. I speak to him and then realize he isn't talking to me.
Today I pulled into my parking lot behind my building as he pulled out so I could pull in. I received a not able to deliver an hour later.
My hours are posted and twice now he has tried to deliver 10 minutes before I open. I see him driving away.
I work with the public and understand you can't please everyone. I am just asking for some common courtesy.
Did very well with helping me handle a return to Amazon. With out a computer printer, I just went into the store with my email, and the sweet gal helped me get what I needed to ship my package! They need an office for these gals that take in packages. If they would of had a scanner it wouldn't have made the process shorter for both ends. Yet great job to our UPS Driver, and amazing staff
You delivered some packages to me on the 7th and they were sent to the wrong house. I called the Oskaloosa office and talked to a Pam. She was very rude and not helpful at all and simply told me they were dropped off in my garage. I got home and noticed they were not there. I called back and was told they were dropped off at the wrong house. I had to go retrieve them myself. The next you delivered some some more packages and one of them was very damaged. I get deliveries daily and will request they do not use UPS for further business.
