104 stars because another sector of our local UPS was misinformed and left me hanging. But at this location, the UPS representative Kenya took great care of me and went out of her way to make sure I had my package ASAP. 5 stars to Kenya but overall UPS needs to straighten out their will call practices so customers aren’t wasting time or led to believe when and where their packages can be picked up.
The driver I had in Beaverdale Iowa delivered to the wrong address to our neighbors and it was an expensive piece of item and they did not show any thoroughness in making sure they get to the right address cuz it wasn't cheap and luckily I have an honest neighbor that brought over otherwise I might not have seen the package and I got a big run around when I called in to complain about it and I don't think the guy even listen to what I was saying he just said he'll make sure it gets to the same address, and did 3 different times.three times after I was telling him how sloppy was.
"Customer center" that can't accept packages. They don't have a printer but they do have a printed list of other stores you can go to.
Terrible. Sat waiting for my package that I NEEDED and they didn’t even ring doorbell. I missed it yesterday and they left a note. I signed it and put it back. They still did not leave the package. I was 8 ft from my front door waiting only to find another damn note. And when you call you cannot speak to anyone. Very frustrating. Unlike FedEx.
Never had a bad experience here. Employees are always friendly and seem to really care about customers. I hate the UPS customer phone experience but not the employees fault.
Can't deliver packages to the right address and I missed their phone call because I was on an important work call so they closed the investigation.
Absurd that they placed my package (so they say) on the wrong truck and marked it as I was not at the address when clearly I was at my business all day. I set it up to pick up at this center at 7pm yet they couldn't find my package. I am told that I would receive it the next day yet I noticed the update saying that it wasn't deliverable because the address is wrong- IT'S NOT WRONG! My patience is long gone- there is someone not doing their job and it's affecting my business.
My package with a very expensive clothing item in it came soaked in what smelled like purfume
I'd say bad customer service, but you'd have to have someone answer the phone anywhere in the company for that. Don't expect help, even if you call the customer service line.

What an absolute nightmare! I had a package that they held for over a week after an address issue had been fixed. Then I spent countless hours chasing down the package to get it delivered. Clearly no one there reads notes in their system and I had 3 calls in one day, after being told to be home between certain hours for delivery on that specific day. Let me tell you what, I’ll just request with the sender to never use UPS again as their business is a s*** show. Very disappointed!
