First time at the optometrist since I was young and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Lansink was extremely friendly and professional during our whole exam. Afterwords Brittany helped me choose some glasses because I’m so indecisive but I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. All the girls up front were very friendly and helpful and I’m extremely happy with my experience and new glasses. I will recommended Urban Eyecare and Eyewear to anyone searching for an optometrist or new glasses.

My wife forced me to get my eyes checked and I can now say I’m glad it was Urban Eye. Friendly, quick and seamless. Oh, and a nice display of eye gear should you need it.

Dr. Lisa Lansink and all the staff at Urban Eyecare are amazing. They treat you with respect and courtesy and truly care about your eye health. This visit was a little stressful for me and Dr. Lisa put me at ease. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I love the frame selection and the whole vibe of this place.

I had a great experience. I was immediately seen when I walked in with no waiting. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable. The office is chic and clean with a large variety of frames to choose from. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for an upscale experience.

Was greeted with warm smiles and a hello from the workers. Appointment was quick, professional and informative as the Optometrist explained what was being evaluated with each piece of equipment being used.

A friendly professional staff. The exam was thorough but done in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and I came away with glasses and frames that perfectly matched my needs.

I get my eye exams done here, because I like supporting a local small business that has extremely friendly and thorough employees. They don’t over-schedule, so I never have a long wait time to be seen, and they don’t try to upsell me or push me to pay for unnecessary things the way some of the larger practices have done to me in the past. They’re easy to work with and do a great job every time I’ve gone in.

I had forgotten to bring contacts on vacation so while passing by I called Urban Eyecare to see if they had the contacts I wear that I could purchase to get me by until I got home. They were able to provide me with enough contacts to get me through the week. What awesome customer service!
