I FOUND MY NEW SALON! Lena and her staff were SO FRIENDLY and the salon was super clean! I was there for 5 minutes and she was calling me by my name! They did a fantastic job! I will be back and will be bringing my friends!

And spoke with her on the phone as their was 3 of us.when we got there. Everything was set up. Everyone was very nice. Offer beverages. Did a good job on my toes…. I love the color…the massage was nice. Lena the manager also recommended her Vietnamese restaurant as my homegirl so happened to watch some. So after our bail we went to her restaurant “All PHo You” I would also recommend going there for some good food.

Went here for two pedicures for my mom and me and we really had a good time the staff was very polite and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend

Plane and simple… disappointing.deluxe pedicure… was nails clips aroma therapy and no Calais removal done at all … the main reason I went was the reviews I read … please stop and think twice before going here….

Urban nails salon is the best.the owners are absolutely some of the nicest people you will ever meet. If your not 100% satisfied with your nails they will fix them for you.my sister and I went in to get our
Nails done late on a Sunday, and they stayed after hours to finish our nails. We were not 100% satisfied with our nails so they came in on their day off which is Monday to fix our nails for us for no extra cost. They are very Kind and caring people. They are hard workers and provide excellent customer service. If you are looking to get your nails done I highly recommend calling and making an appointment with them. Had a great experience getting my birthday nails! Lena took her time to give me exactly what I wanted, will be returning for my next manicure!

This place was absolutely amazing. I left a review on their Facebook but I was so happy with their service that I had to come here to leave a review as well. I went somewhere about a week before going here and the experience was horrible! But Urban Nails lived up to everything I expected from the first place! I will always make the drive to get my nails taken care of by them. My toes are exactly what I wanted and well worth the money I paid. Highly recommend them! Great service, conversation, and all around environment. Loved it!

I read really good reviews so I thought I’d give it a shot. However, I am kind of disappointed. They Didn’t clean up my nails, still have the nail stuff stuck under my nail. Design looks nothing like the picture, which I know it’s hard to get it exact but this is nothing like it. Already looks like I need a fill and I just got it done. I have two different lengths and different shapes of nails. And so many hair and bubbles in my nails.

The owners are really nice and do a good job. And thier salon doesn't have a strong chemical smell.

I had the best time here! My nail tech was so nice and funny! Ps they have wine and check out these beauties I found my new nail place I absolutely recommend going here!

I had never been here before until tonight I called and they said they could get me in right away. I had the $50 pedicure and let me just say OH MY GOSH! It was worth every dime. It was so relaxing and my nails they look amazing (they are my REAL NAILS) Lena and Ben (the owners) did my nails and they will sit there and have a full conversation with you. You don’t feel rushed or like you are just a number. I will definitely be returning to this place. I have found my mail home. Thank you! Called in for a last minute tips/dip manicure. They said they could immediately get me in, I stated I wanted to do something 4th of July themed for Independence Day coming up. At first we were just gonna do an ombré of the blue and white, and she painted my pinky fully first to see if I liked the color combo and etc.which I totally appreciated, then she asked if I wanted a little red sparkle in the white, she then said she could show me on my pinky again to see if I liked it or not which to me was very nice and very much appreciated, I loved what she did! I wish I would have gotten her name but I definitely will be back, it was a great experience! I put a picture of what
my nails turned out to look like! I love them! ️

I just got my nails done at Urban Nails and they look AWESOME! I was a “walk in” and a new customer and they welcomed me like I was a regular. Sue gave me the best French manicure I’ve ever had and before COVID I had my nails done every three weeks for years. This will be my new nail salon!

I went with a wedding party to urban nails. I had a great time. The owner's sister did my nails and the brides. She was great, very personable and friendly. We were party of a dry wedding, but they had glasses of wine for you to enjoy while you're being pampered. My nails also look amazing! I never get my nails done but I'm now in love and will definitely go back again. I'll also add a video of my nails. They're gorgeous!

New to the area, I was needing a nail appointment and not knowing who ti go to, I thought I'd try Urban Nails and spa! I give them a 5 star because of the customer service and great conversation with the staff! I WILL be back! Definitely!
