I have had nothing but good experiences with the team at Urbandale Family Dentistry! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist himself have been super friendly, helpful and not judgy at all. For someone who has avoided the dentist for a long time, I'm glad I found a place that makes me feel comfortable!

After having a bad dental experience a few years ago, I was really apprehensive going to any dentist and not optimistic about my pain ever going away. My partner recommended I try his dentist office and y'all I will follow these folks until the end of the earth. Not only were Dr. Phan and his team able to completely alleviate my pain, they are nothing but kind and thoughtful. From the front desk to the dental chair, I felt very taken care of. Every time I go in they're always so friendly and professional—it makes me feel like a person they genuinely care about instead of another patient cycling through the door.

I enjoyed my first few dental experiences with them so much I decided to go through with the Invisalign process with them and it was equally fabulous. If you're even curious about the possibility of Invisalign, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them for a consultation—you won't regret it!
