I really don’t like I have to wait 15 minutes at the drive through to do my deposit every morning.

Went to get some accounts made and handle some sticky stuff that we've been issues with when trying to deal with over the phone. Jim Briggs was the person we had an appointment with and he was an absolute beast. He deserves a raise - not only did he got everything taken care of but gave us a stellar conversation alongside. The man deserves a raise

I knew my credit was okay. I needed an unsecured loan to pay off a credit card and Gillian Denis had me taken care of and out of the office in mere minutes, loan secured. Very friendly staff, each time I've been there.

As long as we sit in the drive thru they should give us free meals from culver's next door as well as gas cards for all the idling our cars do! Why is your customer service so bad?

It is frustrating trying to open an account. I came to make a deposit in person but left without doing so as the teller insisted she could only help me after I logged into the U. S. Bank mobile app, which I could not do yet as I needed to make a deposit to do so.

The staff was very kind and courteous but was not helpful. I would call the toll free number. They explained that I do have an account number associated with my application and the branch should have been able to access that and make my deposit to finish opening my account. If you are having the same problem, try asking them to look up your account number.
