Marcus was very helpful getting my service switched. Then the next day when I had a question he went out of his way to help me get it figured out. He was never pushy when I was shopping. He gave me multiple options to choose from and let me decide what would work for me. I would definitely recommend US Cellular to my family and friends. The staff are great, the price is good, and they don't charge extra just to set up your phone like Verizon wanted to.
The store manager Chris was very helpful and I am very satisfied very happy to have chosen us cellular
The representative kept insisting on a 2-yr contract even though I made it clear that wasn't what I wanted. "You'll get the phone for free! " It's actually paying off the phone over the course of 30 months. I only got more confused on what kinds of plans they sell. Their website better explained things.
We have received a great care from Ellis. He was very friendly, patient and made sure our request was satisfied before we left. He is doing a great job and should keep it up! Thanks to him.
Logan was our consultant and he was great! Helped us with everything we needed. We got 6 new phones and he helped us with EVERYTHING we needed cases, charger boxes etc. Even helped lower my monthly bill! Thanks Logan you're the BEST!
Very high pressure sells. They lie about what service they are selling. Buyers beware! Now Hamilton store is ok staff isn't very knowledgeable but way better then Sunnybrook stores.
