8Worst phone company ever. Can’t even get service in Denver Colorado. Phone constantly stops working and tells me I have no SIM card even tho it’s less than 1 year old. And never gave me my screen protector that they overcharged me for when I bought my phone all a scam save ur time and go to Verizon

Worst customer service in my entire life. They don't explain all the costs and lie about how much items really cost. Be ready for a surprise when you get your bill. Waiting 40 min. To just pay a bill is ridiculous! Giovanni sucks at customer service. Hum, called customer service and got the fee removed something he said couldn't be done.
I stopped in to get my account number and pin last week and the associate named Katie Warnell refused to provide me this information even though it’s MY account and I had a valid ID. I was finally able to obtain it through their customer service and the rep even told me I should’ve been able to get that information no problem in store. So glad to finally be rid of this company, would not recommend to anyone!
Sat there for 45 min not one person helped me. In fact one employee went in the back and never came out! What happen to sighing in on a list so customers could get their turn! I just hate going there!
Really takes up your time if you're just trying to pay a payment in person when it takes 2 mins to do, and don't let me started on there devices. I gotten a brand new phone and literally had to sent it back to Samsung just to fix
