8Nathan was a cool Guy, Great Service, got my phones switched over and had me goin in record time. Give this man a raise!
Spoke with them over the phone prior to stopping in. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the process.
Austin was very patient and kind to me. I had accidently shoved an SD card in the sim card slot and messed my phone up. He helped me find a new phone and go over prices plus cost. Very down to earth and upfront.
Nathan that helped us was great! But they need more people in there working! Ridiculous the people that had to wait and some walked out because of long wait. They need someone just to take people's payments so they don't have to wait forever on people with getting phones or bigger issues. Two people working is not enough.
But Nathan was great!
Had a great experience there, moment I walked in to us leaving gave us the information we needed and just made the process worth it! Will be coming back! Good Job Guys!
