2 I would like to start with I have had a business account with US Cellular for 23 years since 2000. This is how this store decided to treat my long standing business account.
This store is great and helpful when you want to make a purchase. However when and if you need anything and I do mean anything else. This store will lie to you. They will do anything to get you to go home and call Us cellular and leave their store so they don't have to help you so they can continue to make sales. We were most recently told that our account was locked because a new phone was on it's way when we went to this store. All we were wanting was to change service from 1 phone to a different phone. We went home. We waited for 2 weeks. We called US Cellular. We were told there was never a phone sent to us and that our account was never locked. We have been business customers since 2000. We have had many issues here but over the years we have looked passed them. Some issues weren't very bad. This was just over the top. We were outright lied to. We are cancelling our service of 23 years.
Joesph the service agent that helped me was super friendly and helpful. However, the senior tech agent that Joseph asked a couple question for help on just seemed completely unmotivated and like it was a total chore to be doing any favors for him. I would've definitely lost my job if someone acted like that towards me at work. But I need therapy for my temper and patience. Joseph handle the situation well and got me out the door in a decent amount of time and I would definitely go back if he was working.
