Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.

I went into the store stated what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend and I wasn't pressured to do anything more.

US cellular is incredibly lucky to have Azaz on their team. She is intelligent, patient, and a persistent problem solver. We have had some frustrating experiences with other US cellular representatives, so it was very pleasant working with Azaz. 10 out of 10. Five stars!

My husband and I had a great experience with DeShaun yesterday. We needed a new plan and new phones and he helped us get everything we wanted in the budget we had. The staff was amazing at this location. Will be happy to work with them more.

Went in to get a screen protector on a old phone. Galaxy S 10 gave me the wrong protector it was for Galaxy S 23. Didn't work, but the girl put it on. Anyways, try to return it, and they wouldn't return it at all. Then the young man behind the counter told me that we can take it outside in the parking lot and Settle it as men. I will never ever go back to that store again. And anybody I know. I will highly recommend them not to go to that store.

Yesterday was a rollercoaster of a day. I accidentally murdered my phone with my trunk door minutes before leaving for a concert in Omaha. Caroline helped guide me through the claims process, quickly got my old phone reactivated and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes. New favorite location with their 10/10 service & knowledge

Caroline has been very helpful both times she has served me the last year. She is friendly and goes the extra mile to help you transfer your contacts and to recommend things that improve your cell phone service. She is awesome!

Azaz did a great job, we came in and the place was empty we started our upgrades and she was alone and more customers came in and she was so professional and proficient in making sure everyone was helped even after the store closed and we were still working on our new phones. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back again.

I called support to active my new phone. First time they told me to power it off and then it should work after 5 minutes. 5 minutes later the phone isn't activated. Called again call was 'transfered' then dropped. Called again girl answering and wanted information I gave information then she sat in silence after the third 'hello' from me I hung up. Called again and again was told to turn off for 3 minutes and to call back if it didn't work. 3 minutes later and it still doesn't work. I called back and they are closed. How convenient.

It’s a little too pricey but the customer service made it worth it. Deshawn was great and helped me get everything I needed and more without being pushy. He didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t have a use for and I greatly appreciated that. I will definitely be going back to see him for my future needs. A+ customer service.

Everyone at this store is incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. I began working with DeShaun 8 months ago in the aftermath of a death in the family. Over time, we have switched from AT&T after 10 years. We added a data line, previously a flip phone, transferred two smart phones, added an iPad with cellular service, and switched our home internet, but saved $70. Ask for DeShaun. We think he is the best.

Amazing was patient, kind and interested in helping us get the best plan and phones for us. We came back a couple of times for help with our new phones and again she did a great job of helping us.
