5Wanted to drop a note to say the rep who helped us on Sunday was so good. She was working all by herself and helping three customers at a time, keeping everyone moving. I think her name was Tara and she was a gem. I do think it would be good to have two people there on the weekends though. Some people came in and left.
This is not a real us cellular center its a 3rd party store and they have rude employees and are just after your money and that's it just Terrible Terrible place needs shut down there are a bunch of criminals who work here
Jocelyn is unbelievably rude. Right off the back from answering the phone she made it sound like I was a bother to her. She was also not willing to help answer any questions at all.
Really bad customer service. Two people working, both really rude - complained the entire time. After waiting an hour to even be acknowledged, I left.
Zach was very helpful. It was busy as they were obviously short staffed. The two working did the best they could to help people as they arrived. I would suggest hiring more help for Saturdays or have additional staff scheduled. I was there for awhile, but it was no fault of the staff. It was obviously due to not enough staff. Customer service can be difficult and stressful at times. I think they handled the rush well. Don't take the good employees for granted or your store will suffer.
