5Long time customer. In the last year we got 5G phones but have dropped calls and poor service when peviously service was exemplary. We got ORBI, their wifi, for our home and it has made streaming a nightmare. Jimmy Buffering, Wasting Away in TwirlingCircle-ville. Help at the store is not consistent and we are told to dial 611 which also varies. Very frustrating with a big bill that seems pretty consistent.
I liked the service and all, they helped find a good phone, but they are always closed on the one day i have open

Go see the Sales Manager Jordan! I switched from Sprint and my new phone took some time to get all the data over. We closed the store down and I had the kids with me so he offered to drop my new phone off to my house that night when it was done! Not only did he drop it off after hours, he showed me how to set it up/use it. I’ve never had such great service! Thank you!
