Daniel R.at the Oelwein store is amazing. I loved his pleasant demeanor when he helped my son sign up for new cell phone service. He was funny and smart and made it a very nice experience.
I wish I could give a zero star rating I have been here several times and always end up wishing i had went the extra 15 min to independence instead. The last time i was in there the ladie had no clue what she was doing and ended up having to drive (20min one way) back because she forgot to fill out a form and wouldn’t let me give the info over the phone. Never had a good experience with them and haven’t personally heard of anyone having a good experience.
I have had very good help. Everytime I went there they solved my problems.
Taylor, Kimberly are very knowledgeable. We live about 3 miles from US CELLULAR.
I go their often I am 85 and I have learned to use my phone.

Typical cell phone store. There is generally a wait here so be prepared. It is well staffed but they just have that many customers getting things or meeting with reps. Service is always friendly and being that it is a small town, they generally know you. Phone selection is pretty good. Get phones on special.
