Entered US Cellular with plans of spending a couple thousand dollars. Walked around looking at phones for a few minutes.one looked at me, acknowledged me, or welcomed me. So I turned around and walked out the door. Verizon. Here I come!

Timel was an excellent help to me in paying my bill and answering questions about a new phone. I appreciate his service and pleasant manner.

I was at this store 2 weekends ago to replace my phone. As always it was busy but I was so impressed by the two young men who were patiently taking care of each customers needs without showing signs of stress or impatience. Their demeanor was so professional and courteous. Thanks for your great assistance.

I went in to upgrade my phone. Cody and trimel helped me add an extra line for my son an upgrade for me. Helped me save over 800.

Trimel and cody were so helpful when my daughter and I came in to upgrade a phone. Ended up with an upgrade an new line. Thank you guys for the help
