7Love the disc golf course! Only downside is the littering and the oddly placed bench in the middle of hole 5.
Went there for sledding this past weekend and it was great. The hills were the right slope and length for our kids under 10.
There is a really nice disc golf course here. The grass is really long, Not sure why it hasn’t been mowed. Still had fun!
It just may be my favorite course in Waterloo. It's a wide open course, where you, can really open up on your driver shots with smaller risk/fear of obstacles. Im leaving there right now. The sun is going down, and I lost my disc. It's an orange MVP Neutron. And, boy is it neutral! It has my buddy's # and name on back. I guarantee to give you big hug if you can find it and reunite us. Together at last.only now with strengthened bonds. Alas, We shall live as One Love, that we must share upon our bestowed comaradeire.
When I was growing up as a kid it was called "Ghost Town Park". I never knew it had a different name now
Not a big park, but it has enough for kids to have fun. There is a small playground, a shelter with picnic tables, and a disk golf course. In winter is a good place to go sledding when there's enough snow.
Clean park with green short grass. Not too busy. Great disc golf course.
