Good place to go if you have dogs. My boys love going places. The employees were very pleasant. They explain everything they do. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I was traveling after Thanksgiving and needed an oil change and front light went out. Josh, Matt and Greg did a great job taking care of both.

Tonight.traveling again and the back light went out and stopped before the storm. They did another fantastic job!

Took the lady Elizabeth 2 hrs to do a simple oil change I leave then 2 hrs later my car was leaking oil and oil filter was loose causing my pressure system to break so I go back and ask for my money back and she tells me to go f myself so I leave I hope corporate sees this and takes action

Took me 1 hour and 20 minutes for a simple oil change. They wanted to know if I wanted the bottom panel of my brand new car put back on. I'll never go here again.

The service & staff here = AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else again. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, professional & don’t rip you off like other places. Prices are affordable & they care about your safety of your vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone!

I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO and they couldn’t change my oil. I sat in line behind 1 other vehicle for a half hour and when it was my turn they couldn’t even get the drain plug out, they tried to take my whole skid plate off even though there is an access panel and after telling them about the panel they couldn’t figure it out still. I was there for over an hour and left with nothing done to my truck. They didn’t charge me but at that point I feel like they should have paid me for wasting my time. If you can’t change oil don’t advertise that you can and get your technicians some better training and trouble shooting.

Quick service! Friendly staff, checked the whole vehicle over. My battery died while I was in there and they brought out their portable jump pack and got me going again. (needed a new battery) I’ll keep going to this one for sure!

Always very quick service and the people are always professional and friendly. They make getting oil change actually enjoyable and pain free.

I went to Valvoline to get my oil changed the staff was great, fast, friendly, and worked well as a team. Jordan removed my cabin air filter. I guess on newer vehicles it is very difficult to do. He put a lot of work into it and got the cabin air filter out. I was very impressed with him. I recommend anybody to go to Valvoline to get their oil changed.

Experienced, friendly & very thorough. Best overall prices for most of their services. I think I like this place best out of all QCA oil service
