Great service! I purchased a deep freezer from Doug a few months ago and accidentally sliced the power cord while repositioning it. Doug came out right away to fix it! A+
I called few weeks ago but the earliest they could come and take a look at my fridge is next week, so told them i’ll find someone else who could come quicker. Was able to get my fridge looked at and “fixed” by another person, but unfortunately, he was not able to fix it. I called this company again today, and the guy that I spoke to just straight out said “I can’t do it”, without even coming down and check it. The good reviews about how good their service is here is the opposite of what I’ve experienced today. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
Real helpfully know what there doing get you right parts friendly would get parts there again
I called to check on a part for my dryer just before they closed for the day. They looked it up and had it ready when I walked in the next morning.
Customer service is fabulous! My refrigerator died towards the end of the business day. I called and they said they would stay open until I could get there. Within an hour, they were delivering my new fridge. They even helped me transfer the food from one fridge to the other. You would never get this kind of service from a big box store. I heartily recommend!
Wouldn't go anywhere else for my appliances. Service is excellent - great response time and quality work.
Excellent family owned appliance business. Have purchase all my appliances from them. Will continue to do so.
Our dryer stopped heating. We called and they came out the same day and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We thought that we would have to replace the dryer. When we finally do we will shop here.
