I have taken my mower here for all repairs. Brian is great to work with. They always give you an estimate before they actually fix anytime to make sure the price is right. I would recommend van wall to anyone! For sale and repairs

Brought in a punctured Gator tire and they had us patched and out the door in 15 minutes. Obviously that depends on their schedule, but the service was fantastic. Many thanks!

Very unsatisfied. 0 stars if I could. Highly reccomend not taking your JD mower here for service or any major issues. Save your money go elsewhere. Prior to taking my mower here, I called and they said they were a 1 week turn around. After two weeks had gone by and still not hearing anything I called again and they said they were working on it and they would be in touch soon with a quote. 6 days later they called and said it was complete having never heard a quote. I picked it up 3 weeks from droping it off and a $211 bill. I mowed with it for 5 mins and the exact same issue that I took it in for is still there, oil spewing out of the new fuel pump. There is no way they tested their work or reviewed it as they would have seen it immediately as I did. I called and spoke with the service manager, asking for the labor to be compensated ($154) and offered to pay for the part. They said their policy is they dont stand behind their work (Labor) but rather want the opportunity to make it right. Why would I want to give this place a second chance to fix it when they did a bad job the first time. If they stood behind their work the first time you wouldnt need a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance to make it right. 3.5 weeks have now go by, out $211 and the same exact problem still exists. The service manager offered me a blade sharpening credit to my account. No Thanks I'll pass.

Terrible service on my JD lawnmower. I brought it in because it would slow down to a craw. They said it was the belt and pulleys etc. It wasn’t fixed. Brought in again stating the issue wasn’t fixed.
They said the issue was taken care of. Turns out that the transmission is going out. They didn’t even check the transmission, I had to figure it out on my own. They don’t stand behind their work.they charged me about $800. The price online for a new transmission is about $900.
