2020 chevy 2500hd brought in 7/25/2023 for a service inspection. Told whoever after dealing with multiple people what was wrong with the truck. Appointment was at 130 but was there at 1. After roughly 3 hours mechanic was done another 40 minutes to punch in parts list then ended with a call to warranty which was put on hold an eventually the guy giving me my keys an telling me he would call. Nice to purchase a 70k dollar truck with platinum warranty.

Wrote down on report that they did things they did not do. Recommended selling things that were not needed. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Accounting group not very respectful, took truck in for a couple of problems mechanic did not address the issue I brought truck in for but said truck was working fine

My vehicle needed the jack replaced. The jack was replaced and vehicle was delivered. I am guessing a courtesy car wash was done. There was white paste swirls on all the black plastic, and any an all body seems had a white residual from the wax compound. Repair was done right, detail was sloppy and I am going to have to spend time and money re-detailing myself.
