3Refused to rent to me after they said they take Section 8 and I filled out an application; stated I had to make 3x the rent to rent from them. If I made that would I be on section 8? Thanks for wasting my time. I talked to your manager on the phone told her about the Section 8. It WAS mentioned; filled out the application within the hour. There was no place on the application to put anything about it. Which was why I called. Don't be condescending to me in your response. You sent me the exact reason why and it was because I didn't make enough money because I'm on disability. Don't make it like it was something else.
Ten stars Venture Management has been my landlord for many years. Everything is always taken care of and kept so nice! They genuinely care that their tenants are happy in their homes! The community is so friendly and comfortable! I love living here!
I lived in the Brady Apartments, Rich, lisa and katie, kept everything very clean, freshly painted, trash never overflowed, and he was at the building frequently. The lawn always looked nice as well as the parking lot. Never had issues with bugs or
Much maintenance at all really. If you received warnings or were asked to make some changes, I found they were fair and reasonable in time.this location is perfect. I would live here longer if I wasn't moving states!
