Dave was very helpful and professional. He also gave us the information needed for what we wanted to do and worked with us to ensure we were taken care of by the time we left.

I had the BEST experience with the Verizon store at university and 92nd in west Des Moines. David was so incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend using this Verizon store. They made the process to upgrade my phone very easy.

We spent 2 days and countless hours with Verizon tech support trying to figure out what was going on with my galaxy s9. We were unable to receive text messages. Had talked to numerous people. Randomly we made a stop at this store and met Paul, the phone doctor. Forget all the other places you might you go to. Come straight to the phone ER at this Verizon location.

Guy was rude and he was being in a rush. It wasn’t helpful and it was stressful to get a new plan. Wouldn’t recommend it. Rather go somewhere else

I think most verizon subscribers would agree calling in and talking to "customer service" is a huge pain. So I come here they are Awesome. David helped me was friendly and extremely informative. I suggest you go on Tuesdays around lunch you can get right in. Way better than calling Verizon.

This is by far the best place to get a new phone, especially if you are switching providers. Ask for Dave. My wife and I switched from T-Mobile and he walked us through everything in a very clear, concise manner. Very patient and very good at his job.

When we went to the Verizon store in Jordon Creek we were told that we would have to do the data migration from our old phones to new via the cloud at home. Dave took care of all this in store. Patiently answered every question we had. Set up our Verizon app and the auto bill pay.

Much better experience than any other cell phone store we've been to. Dave even offered to be available on his day off if we had any extra questions. Give Dave a raise and a huge thank you!
