Rick don't know what he's doing. I left the store cause he said we were done and paid money on my credit card, so I left then 20 minutes later he calls me back saying he forgot to do the cash transaction.he's not a very good customer service.
Rick at the Verizon store in Winterset was awesome. He took his time answering all of our questions and set up 3 new lines for our family tonight. He even stayed late to make sure we were comfortable with our purchases. Couldn’t be happier with his service.

Long wait and when I got a new phone she said everything would transfer over, but if you use 2 factor authentication apps they don't so don't give them your phone till you transfer it all to the new phone
