I went to this location because I was fed up with my old phone. The gal I talked to really knew the features of the different phones & was patient with me trying to decide on a new phone. She helped me figure out what I needed & now I'm in love with my new phone that has everything I need.

Another shout out to Grinnell Verizon store. We suddenly lost service at our home but had service at other locations. Went to Grinnell store and Devin went above and beyond to help. After checking phones he called Verizon and got a work order to check tower in our area. Outstanding customer service!

My son is deployed overseas. I was trying to get a new phone to him as his had broke. I worked with Baylee at the Grinnell store in this issue. While we could not resolve the issue, I was impressed with the efficiency and compassion Baylee showed. She went out of her way to be helpful and went above and beyond to handle as much of the paperwork and procedures as she could from her end. A stellar example of customer service!
