Great place! Have been going for years for hair services, facials & massages. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! They all take their time and care about what they do.

The Vesta team is fantastic! I’ve been getting my hair colored here for years and they always go above and beyond:) 10/10 salon!

I went it to get a men's haircut and I showed them (Melissia) specifically what I wanted and she said she would do it. I also said I did not want to cut much off of the top but she then proceeded to cut about 3 inches off the top (Half of my hair) and did not do anything close to what the picture was. I showed many of my friends and they said the haircut was nothing like the picture and that she did a terrible job. She also kept mentioning that I would "Look cute" with a side part and that is not what I wanted. At the beginning I told her I wanted to keep the top how it is maybe only half an inch cut off. But Melissia did not listen to me and did what she thought would look "Good" on me. I am now wearing a hat everywhere I go because of how bad the haircut was. I do not suggest this salon to any guy out there that is looking to get a haircut. I am 99% positive sports clips could have done a better job than they did.

Honestly best massage in Ankeny. From the bathrobes to the wine to Renee. Five star. Love the receptionist as well she’s newer and so attentive and friendly. Between Renee and the receptionist a FABULOUS experience!

The spa services here are great. 15 minutes are added to each appointment block so that you get the full length of the service. I had a 1-hr facial with Isabelle and a 90 minute massage with Renee, and both were amazing. Renee and Isabelle were both super nice and professional, and the products they used smelled wonderful. It definitely felt like a higher-end spa experience.

Such a wonderful first-time experience! Melissa is kind, full of professional hair color experience and cared for me like I was already one of her regular clients. I immediately booked for my next color.

I’ve been going to Vesta Salon and Spa for 20 years, and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! Emily does an amazing job every time, and I recommend them to anyone looking to get their hair done in the Ankeny/Des Moines area. The front desk is always very welcoming and the salon itself is very cute! 10/10 recommend!

I received a Gift Card with a $100 value, but misplaced the card. Found it, but was over a year, so they would not honor the card! BE CAREFUL! Make sure you use any Gift Card within their 365 day “ policy”!

I had a full body massage with Renee and she was FABULOUS! If you are looking for someone, I would highly recommend her. I felt so amazing when we were done!

I went here a couple times and had an appt for june 3 scheduled over a month in advanced. Just found out today, june 2, that the stylist is leaving so my appt was cancelled. I leave for a trip in less than 5 days and I was really counting on this because I needed my hair done extremely bad. I’m more disappointed that I found out the day before that my appt was cancelled and that they had absolutely no availability within the next few days. I get salons are busy but I had my appt for over a month and this would’ve been nice to know a few weeks ago so I could get another one scheduled.

I had a facial with Ava, and it was the best I’ve ever had! She was very professional and fun! I will definitely be back!

Hayleigh did an awesome job on my teenage son’s hair! She listened to him & gave him the exact haircut he wanted. Thank you!
