Did some transports for them and they decided not to pay us. Danielle Harris provided the worse customer service. I just cut this contract it is definitely not worth it. Plus they take 90 days to pay you. Do not use this company.

Shocking Homelink is still doing business. I needed an ice pack machine for recovery from shoulder surgery and was told it would be delivered prior to my procedure. After numerous phone calls and voicemails that Brittany and Cindy would not return and after being told several false stories from them, it finally arrived 10 days post surgery. Needless to say, I didn’t need it at that point.
Do not engage with this outfit. Wildly mismanaged and will let you down. Go to a medical supply company locally and get what you need, I wish I had.

My insurance billed me $57 for a breast pump, which costs $200 new from the website itself. This company charged $400 to my Insurance for the pump. Insane.

Received a bill from them for my daughters ER visit (needed a nebulizer). I am unable to create a new account because "The information provided does not match our records. " I've called twice to be put on hold. Then they say they representatives are "too busy" and to "leave a voicemail". Frustrated and disappointed that it's this difficult to make a payment.

What in the world has happened to this company? !? We’ve been with them 15 years most of that as self pay. They bill my credit card before they ever ship then send bill for what they’ve already charged me for. Call, told it’s resolved.get another bill next month exact same order! Call again… they have to investigate. Well would you like a copy of my CC statement that shows this exact amount was run on my card on this exact day? Nope. Ugh! And ordering has become a nightmare! My rep left, the new one won’t return calls. Order desk sends me and bills me for 15 items when I ordered 1 and sends me 1 when I ordered 4 and just doesn’t send others I ordered. So I try the online order that’s not working. I get an order received email but no order number. Call to check and they can’t find any order. I mean what the heck! If I’ve gotta go through all this to spend my money with you then I guess it’s time to find a company that WANTS my business. Oh and they’re employee owned… all those employees please go work for someone else… owning isn’t your thing. You’ll run it in the ground.
