I placed an order and didn't receive my free bag that it was supposed to come with. I called customer service and they said they would send me a gift card.never received the gift card. Very disappointed.
The lady helping my friend and I was very sweet and super helpful! She knew her stuff for sure and was able to help us feel comfortable during fitting and trying in bras. Very happy with my experience!
You can find the same stuff on SheIn for a quarter of the price and a larger selection but you have to wait 2 weeks for delivery which is well worth it

I went to this store to buy an expensive lingerie set. The cashier did not take the security tag off, which I did not realize until I drove half an hour back home. Upon returning to the store, I explained the situation and the security tag was removed. However, despite me describing how upsetting this was to me since I was very short on time and had to drive all the way back, the cashier there seemed more interested in getting off her shift rather than helping me. She did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and was rude when I addressed the situation. When I am spending this kind of money on a single set of lingerie, I expect better service.
I live 50 minutes away and got to the mall at 7: 30, not realizing the mall changed their hours. I was standing in front of the door and called right when I got there and yet they would not let me come in and make a return! I explained I lived 45 minutes away and yet they had no compassion and just said I could come back tomorrow, I can not drive another 50 minutes both ways to make this return. It was extremely frustrating that they would not let me do this! Now I am not sure when I will be able to come up to make a return. SO EXTREAMLY FRUSTRATED AND MAD!
The guest service here is FANTASTIC! I didn't know exactly which fragrance to buy, snd the woman who helped me was SO KIND and helped find a fragrance I really like!
The ladies on the floor and the dressing rooms did amazing! It was busy and they aren't at full capacity for the rooms, but I still got in quickly and was helped with size switches and recommendations from both the VS and the PINK sides. I wasn't even going in looking for anything but a v string and I ended up buying so much more. The only complaint is that the cashier didn't ask me if I had an angel card. I'm still waiting for the card in the mail but I do have one and I wanted to use it for my purchase today because it totaled $325. Nothing on the receipt says I can get credit for it on my account, so I'm bummed about that but I guess it's ultimately my fault.
Victoria's Secret used to be the place to go to for decent quality. Now, they barely carry any sizes, their prices are outrageous, and their salespeople are extremely pushy.
Worked with three difdifferent sales consultants and they were excellent. Thank you to all of you. It's people like each of you that make the store theive.
I was about to walk in and we got stopped by a lady that was working at the door and refused us to go in because we didn’t have masks. You cannot force us to wear masks to enter a store anymore. And the lady working at 11 am in the front of the store today was looking me up and down with the dirtiest look. Never shopping there again with that service.
The manager, Rebecca, was very rude and disrespectful. Definitely will be buying my cheeksters elsewhere. Very poor customer service and will not be returning.
Sold me a bra without tags and then proceeded to tell me when I returned it that I can't return without a tags. Also said I can't return with only the credit card I used. Then said I could get nation wide lowest price as a refund, which was just under $10 less than what I paid.
All of the above suddenly was no problem when I told them, cool just refund it I don't want the $150 worth of merchandise I was about to buy after the return. All the sudden she could type in the SKU and use my credit card to look up the receipt. Like magic.
The manager also likes to talk to employees about sales tactics in front of the customers while shopping. That was weird. Luckily now I know the tricks they use to try to get you to get a credit card.
They still sell the best bras though so I guess I will give them a couple stars.
I wasn't to fond of the procedure they have for covid.one, Bras, are a necessity to try on.whats the difference in many persons touching the merchandise, then using the dressing rooms? Not much difference.your not in a dressing room with others, u cld still social distance and only open 2 or.as many workers as they have I didn't feel I got the greatest help.was little disappointed and I now have to return cause they don't fit
Didn’t have no newer clothing for winter, or accessories I will never go there again! Vs pink in north park mall way better than this one! Also the associates are way too thirsty they asked to help u before u get a chance to shop that’s a major problem for me! I will never shop there again because of that and the clothing was terrible.
