I put up a review yesterday miraculously it disappeared they are scam artists they do not answer the phone they do not repair anything if in you owe them money they'll say what you owe them you pay and then they want more stating they have other fees then they treet you as if you have no clue on what they are doing my rent is paid up until I move and I've been her for 9 months now my dishwasher (if turned on) smokes has stagnant water in it been there for 8 months my water leeks from my bathroom to my downstairs neighbor and they haven't fixed a thing! Then someone in the office hung up on me when I asked for their corporate number! Never rent from them!

Current tenant. Tried to take my kids to the pool today to cool off. They're chained and padlock shut. Tried to go to the office to see when they would be back open again. Office is locked with a note saying by appointment only now since staff can't be promised to be there. Tried to call the office several different times, and as usual no one answered. So I'll try here. Can you let us know when tenants will be able to access the pool?

I could have left more than one star because initially I had a fairly good experience living here, however the way I have been treated by staff really knocks this down to 1 star. Zero if I could leave a review that way.

While living at the village at Westchester I had to deal with groups of teenagers milling about stairwells and outdoors at night, setting off fireworks, leaving graffiti on buildings, dumpsters, signs and garages, broken front doors that were left shattered and dangerous for months, smoke detectors in the hallways chirping because maintenance wouldn't change their batteries for months even tho requests were put in. There was always garbage overflowing from the dumpsters and blowing around the parking lot, tenants leaving large furniture in the dumpster area, it smelled horrid. Several times water was shut off for several hours at a time without notice because of "plumbing emergencies". During the summer they sealed the parking lot and the communication on it was ridiculously bad, and they towed people from areas that were supposed to have been completed giving no other areas to park in.

The straw that broke this camel's back however was when my roommate and I signed our new lease for Dec 22-23, we sent in all documents in September 2022, three months ahead of time and were told everything was good. Well, management declined to counter-sign the lease due to a missing document and didn't bother to notify us until 6 days AFTER the 1st of December at which time they put us on a month to month lease, jacked up our rent, and tacked on several fees. We had been given the all clear by management in September, and neither of us had been notified that we were missing an important document or that they would not countersign the lease without it. We got out, everyone else there should too, don't live here.

The staff are nightmares! That's about as nice as I can be, they have not one clue what they are doing, they ALL have different rules so dont trust what they say because its a lie. I have lived here 2 years and not only have we had roaches, mice, garbage issues ALWAYS on grounds the management still hasn't addressed any of the above issues (which have all been reported several times). There are kids lighting off fireworks in ALL buildings, leaving gang Graffiti all over the grounds, still nothing. I have many other things I could address but will leave this here. This place is a joke just like the staff.

Ghetto. Lots of plumbing problems. Neighbors always throw trash everywhere and management doesn’t do anything about noisy neighbors. Also I’ve had mold under my sinks for months and nothing has been done about it. The plumbing backs up all the time and floods the kitchen and carpets. 0/10 recommend. Just an update. There has been MOLD growing in my closet in the carpet also for over a month now and nothing is being done.

The whole property smells like trash and looks like it. DO NOT Move into any properties ran by Elevate Property Management

Whoever thought it would be an idea to blend the speedbumps in with the driveway needs to be fired. Good way to ruin peoples cars with this garbage place.

I lived at Westchester village for about 3 years. I'm giving it three stars because of the following:
1. We had issues with the amazon hub for a few months. It took about 6 months or so to fix. They said the system showed the apartment was vacant but that wasn't true, simply because we were living there. So everytime I got a package I had to go the leasing office and they would get it for me.
2. We had a mouse issue that also took time to handle.
That being said, it was my experience was with the old management. The new management seemed much better and professional. All I can say is they were thorough and diligent with our moving out process.

My review is the apartment is not perfect (they never are anywhere) but I personally love living here. It hits all the major boxes for me. Price, prime location, cleanliness, space, great staff, easy to work with maintenance, pool, lots of natural light, etc.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience dealing with the apartment workers they were friendly, and very kind hearted! They walked us through everything thoroughly!

My review was removed, but don't move here. Noise complaints are the LAST of their worries. Even if you have a newborn. Even if the noise is unattended children.or a toxic, abusive couple above you that smoke so much that YOUR apartment below them smells like cigarettes. You'll be assured they'll look into it, but that's not the case. I'm getting no sleep due to the people above us, so I'm exhausted. I work from home and people on my calls can hear them banging, stomping, and screaming. I'm truly sick of being here after very little time. Definitely won't be renewing my lease.

Editing after settling in: :

I stand by what I said before. Had to call the cops on the couple upstairs finally, and I hate doing that. But their screaming and fighting was shaking our walls and keeping up our newborn. Our floor is unlevel and we have cracks in the walls from the wrecked foundation. I'm entirely certain our shower walls are covering up old problems they didn't want to fix, as they're installed poorly and quickly. The doors have holes in them from previous tenants. Found out from neighbors that previous tenants didn't stay longer than weeks. Multiple neighbors do meth and the hallways smell like it. The units are pretty small for the rent price, honestly. Water and trash are included in the rent, so I guess that's cool. The roads don't get properly managed when it snows, so good luck getting out if you live down the hill. You can't really do laundry here unless you time it PERFECTLY because there's one washer and one dryer per floor for WHATEVER reason with at least 10 units per floor.

We moved here because the approval time was phenomenally fast and rent seemed cheap, but now I know why. My income has increased so when our lease ends, we'll be changing properties. If you're dirt poor and have no other option or don't care about your living conditions, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.

Village at Westchester has been by far the best experience I’ve had with an apartment. The employees are all super nice and helpful. The community is full of friendly people and I have not experienced rowdy neighbors or anyone mean thus far! I would highly recommend:)

This place has gone so far down hill it is not even funny. You can not even wash your clothes here and they allow people to have animals they shouldn’t and do nothing to improve the conditions. You can not even use their system to do laundry and although it is a known, big problem they choose to do nothing and only state that “this is just how it is with the contract we have”
Completely inadequate and unprofessional. Do not even think about living here if you want to live decently.
