Poorly fixed repairs, Poor communication, rude af when she knows she's in the wrong. Lies lies lies

Management doesn't care about noise complaints or aggressive animals. She's hardly at the office as well and won't give you corporates phone number to you. Not a peaceful place due to an aggressive dog that barks 24/7! Don't feel safe for myself or my dog due to this dog next door!

The front office staff, I feel discriminates against the Latino community she is very rude and she likes to bully people thinking people don’t know their rights and won’t tell us who the owner is of that Park! Can I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Is improving with new owners. They are getting rid of older homes and getting new ones. Also cleaning up the empty spaces. But there are still WAY to many stray CATS!

Village green, is a great place to live. Nice comfortable homes at a reasonable price. Great for family's, wonderful neighborhood to raise kids!

Wondering why they tell you that you can pay your rent on lines when you aren't able to create an account on the website. Why are they telling people this when they aren't able to. Misinformation?

Some people don't like to stick to them selves and so they try to get into your business. The park itself isn't the best, but there finally taking out the ones that are too far destroyed and I was told they might be getting some new ones in for people.

Isn't very mobile but I guess it's not the worst neiborhood to live in that would be the hood out of the hood North 8th and 9th streets be tween 1st and 8th ave North

Terrible management. They lie about talking to renters on legal documents. And constantly raise the lot rent. They tell you to pay your bill online so they stopped checking the drop box until after the 5th and by then they charge you a $50 late fee. Avoid at all costs this place is bad business.

Management is the problem, will never answer or return a call. I was promised my deposit back within 2 weeks. It's been many months. Who owns this place? Calling the BBB to get results.

So sad, used to be mostly occupied spaces with kept lots, now empty lots and many rundown deserted trailers.

Getting to be a run down trailer park. Over Priced lot rent. If your looking for a nicely kept mobile home park go to Palace Park located at the north end of Fort Dodge Ia.just off Hwy. 169 and hwy. 7 behind the Starlight restaurant & Motel.

I have lived in trailer court for 21 years. The park that is full of broken down trailers, abandoned and a mess. The park is surrounded and neglected. There is no park, , the roads are bad and the trees are needing trimming. I don't know how they keep their tenants, or how they expect to get new homes.unless they do some serious maintenence. It has fallen to pieces over the years. Maybe if owners would clean it up and bring more homes in people would want to live here then. Something to think about!
