9I worked here for 3 years and I absolutely loved it, but once we got new management Stephanie (ED) and Debbie (Marketing/ “nursing”) I had to leave. The management there is absolutely awful! All their good staff has quit due to the ED (Stephanie) and the Marketing/“nurse” (Debbie). When you go to them about a concern all they said is “it is what it is”. They don’t even bother to help. They don’t even know how to run any area in the building. You have NO support there whatsoever! Those two have brought this facility to the ground, it’s truly sad. I DO NOT recommend for anyone to work their while those two are in charge.
Prejudice staff, from administration to caregivers I do not recommend especially if your from agency they will lie & get you DNR.if you are not white DO NOT come here.
Vintage Hills of Indianola is a great place to partner with for all your assisted living needs. Great staff that truly care!

I have had the opportunity to do hair in the salon for the past 4 years. During this time I have seen employees come and go. VH newest Nurses, Bridget and Jenn, have been a very postitve addition to the staff. Our new Activities director Briant has a slu of new activities for the residents each month.
I had an opportunity to visit Vintage Hills Assisted Living and was very impressed by the bright and inviting atmosphere, as well as how friendly the staff were. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The residents all seemed happy and engaged and there seemed to be a lot of activity going on. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for someone they care about.
I have had the privilege to be an employee at Vintage Hills of Indianola for several years. The residents and co-workers are truly amazing. I am happy to call Vintage Hills my home away from home!
