VIP Nails, Cedar Falls IA

I’d go there a lot by myself or with my family back then. I honestly don’t think they care about their clients. They only want to get it done and get money. Employees aren’t always friendly. I’d give this place a try but now I think with the amount of money I paid and low-quality nails, they don’t deserve my support anymore. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This place went downhill.

Went for a pedicure they talked me into getting a manicure. She NEVER asked how I wanted my nails shaped or if I wanted fake nails she started clipping my real nails which I don’t wear fake nails. Then I wanted white tips she proceeded to do the whole nail white. I was furious. The shape was ugly big and bulky. I was short on time had to get to work. She asked if I liked them I told her no. She knew I was pressed for time. Asked what could she do to fix I had to leave. WILL NEVER get my business again. Very poor customer service was rushing to get other customers in she just wants your money.

Monday was my first time going to this salon and I am disappointed. The lady who did my nails didn't even let me speak about what I wanted done. I was trying to explain white nails with silver stripes on the ring finger. And she just kept cutting me off or talking over me. She did my whole ring finger in silver. She didnt even ask me how i wanted them shaped. The man who did my toes completely left out my pinky toes.never going back

I would never go here again. 5 days after gettting my nails done they started chipping at the tips when I did the dishes. I have had manicures that lasted months when I was washing dishes several times a day 7 days a week at work without a single blemish. It is also unprofessional to yell at a customer for messing up their nails when they are told to move their belongings from the manicure station to the drying station. Maybe have the customer put their things where you will have them sit before doing the nails.

The BEST nail studio in the area- hands down! They’re friendly, attentive, and masterful in their nail art. VIP is the only studio I use.

If you visit this place ask for Cindy. Cindy is a nail magician! She also does waxing and lashes. I have never been disappointed with Cindy

I had my nails dipped. Benny did a fabulous job. Price is very reasonable. I will definitely go back.

I went to VIP Nails for the first time a week ago and I waited to review to see how long my nails lasted. Super Impressed! I got a manicure with dip and the lady was so thorough I have never had such a thorough dip set. I will definitely be going here for my nails! I also had a pedicure that was also more thorough than I've had in the past. The lady that did my nails was super nice.

Update: 2+ weeks later and still intact dip nails. By far the best nail salon I have ever been to!

Loved them, they were amazing at their jobs and super sweet! Also always willing to fix mistakes
