Excellent experience most friendliest and knowledgeable staff I've ever met at an eye doctor's office and the doctor is the most thorough I've ever seen will always use them from here on out.

It clearly says glasses done in 1 hour, and it has been 4 days, and they still are not finished and the guy on the phone was extremely rude, and very unprofessional!
Go somewhere else if you can!

Gabby assisted me in picking my frame. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The best assistant ever!

Vicky was great from beginning to end. She made us feel welcome and even took her time with us when we came in to pick up the glasses pretty close to closing time. Was great with my little one and patient.

Went to store on Merle Hay Road, twice with the same experience! Clerks act like they don’t know of tv advertised sale prices! Then when you confront them on this issue they get out a coupon and said, “well we can use this coupon to get you a discount”. Was told it cost more to just get new lenses than both frames and lenses! They automatically added in extras cost without asking me or explaining the details! If you don’t know how to be confrontational and call them out for being deceptive, don’t go there! Started having a similar experience with a man on the phone at the SE 14th Street store! He put me on hold and didn’t come back! Maybe he heard about me! Lol! Good luck!

The guys working in the lens lab worked well past closing time to finish up my glasses because they had promised me they would be done, my glasses and another pair for someone else, but I was impressed by their dedication to their work and keeping that promise.
The manager and woman who waited on me knew what they were doing and it was a good experience.

Excellent staff, very helpful with making sure you're getting the right pair of glasses for yourselfm they're very knowledgeable about the lenses they use. Vision 4 less is great because you can get your glasses the same day and not have to wait. I won't go anywhere else to get glasses.

They gave me great customer service. My glasses were ready in 24 minutes and sent me a text so I didn't have to wonder if I would be early.

V4Less is the Best, the one located on se14th in front of walmart, truly great at serving the customer!

Taylor at the South side DSM store needs customer service training. She didn't say hello or thank you only the glasses can be picked up tomorrow at the end of the day. No one hour service as advertised on tv.

Service was great, they said my new glasses would be ready in an hour. And they were ready with no adjustments needed when I picked them up. A job well done.

My best experience there yet. It being the third time was definitely a charm. The products are of high quality for the cost. All four pair of glasses were done sooner than expected and focally excellent the first time.
Of course the cost was low but a better value than even I expected.
The optician that shares the building has always been great and makes it easy.

Always welcomed with a Hello and if they are busy they do let you know howbling your wait is and how many customers are ahead of you but very nice staff I love it there.

Well I love my new glasses but I have terrible insurance coverage! It’s a joke that if you have Medicaid you can only get glasses that are $39 and that’s it! I am very happy with my new glasses
