Vision 4 Less, Ankeny IA

This is the worst place to go to for contacts, they got my order wrong the first time, had to go back for a check up and they are still wrong, now they want me to pay for a new examination and it hasn’t even been a year yet. The doctor will not listen to you at all.

Originally I liked this place. They even made a replacement pair for me after my dog got ahold of them, over the phone and I was able to pick them up a few hours later. Unfortunately the same thing happened again and I called to do the same and Laura was very rude and insisted I HAVE to bring my glasses in for them to do it. I told her they did it for me before so idk why they can't now. I have a small toddler I don't want to have to bring in with me. She was insistent they "can't do that" and it's "easier" for me to bring them in. I told her that's not easier for me, can't I just do it over the phone? Again "no you have to bring them in" and hung up on me.

Very impressed with my service at Vision 4 Less. Amanda, the associate who helped me, listened to all of my needs and gave me price updates each step of the process. I ended up orders two pairs with the first one ready for pickup in 19 minutes!

Everyone is very good the lady that helped me Laura she made sure to answer all of my questions and went over all my choices. Very good customer service!

Excellent customer service we was in and out of there within an hour and a half two pairs of glasses prescription it's a good deal great price

They were very friendly, and did an excellent job of explaining things about my glasses, and fitting them for me.

Taylor was the lady who helped me and my husband! She was amazing to break down our insurance and got us each two pairs of glasses! So many selection and everyone was helpful! Totally coming back!

45yrs old and needed to get first pair of glasses, so I didn't know what to look for. Staff was very helpful and patient with me. Took their time to make sure I understood what I needed and helped guide me to what would be good match for my needs. I was told up to 2 weeks for delivery and had my set in about 4 days!

Workers were in no hurry to help. The last person to help me when I picked them up was rude!

The whole experience was great. The receptionists for the eye exam were very kind and friendly. The optometrist was very friendly and worked with my 10yr old son awesomely. The people in the glasses part were extremely nice and friendly as well.
