Josh spent almost an hour with my family and I to place an order for 8 pairs of glasses. Josh is the best employee at Visions For Less in Waterloo, Iowa. Josh has been waiting on my family and I for more 5 years.

This is what I needed! I brought in my prescription and I got 2 pairs of glasses for $59 and some change and it only took an hour! I was super happy because I had been walking around for the last 2 months wearing broken glasses. Thank you guys for everything! Everyone should consider going here!

Was very fast had both pairs of glasses ready in 30mins and the front guy was super cool forget his name but guy made the whole visit great and would be why I’ll go there again

Went there less than year ago for contacts because new state license was going to expire. I received my vision results. They gave me weekly contacts when i left. I did not like because irritated eyes. They told me they let me know when daily samples would be in. I dint hear from them 3-4 months. I kind of forgot about until license expired. I failed dot vision test without contacts. Called this this eye clinic, they said they no longer had samples. I waited another week for samples to come in and reschedule dot visit again. I failed vision test with the contacts i was prescribed. The doctor must gotten her license during covid when standards were a lot lower. First time knowing that their are bad doctors out there in the world. Careful who you trust your health with

From the time I walked in the door to get a complete frame and lens swap took just under half an hour I give this place two thumbs up for customer service and speed of service.
