I bought a set of bars for my wide glide from Vital V-Twin Cycles and the customer service was second to none. Emmett really looked after me and was a pleasure to deal with. I don’t hesitate to recommend Vital V-Twins to anyone looking to buy here. Delivery was also super fast. I can’t say enough good things about this store, I’m very impressed.

Very helpful and professional staff. I was trying to find a part that every website was listing as in stock, but I would find out after ordering the part was back ordered.

This company not only gave me accurate information but also made sure my part got here in a timely manner. My only suggestion for improvement is my part required a separate order for hardware that I was not aware of. Upon receiving the part I had to scramble for hardware since I was departing on a trip. Being aware of that would have been helpful.

Very well made, high quality piece. Easy to install and worked great. Only wish at the full open it had a notch or something as my old bike rattles it into the 1/4 closed position at times.

I purchased a 1976 FLH and have restored it with frame off. I have needed many parts that V Twin and Vital have done a very good job of filling. Oh and helps keep the 63' Panhead going as well.

I was really stuck for a 6 volt 32E generator for my ‘39 Knucklehead. Emmett got my order packaged and couriered to me in Australia in 7 days! This was fantastic service and the generator is an excellent, reproduction quality item.

I wanted a wider rear wheel for my Heritage Softail. You had a 16x4.5” drop center rim so I tried it. I laced and trued the wheel. It fits the bike as it should. I’m happy with the results. Still working on the bike. Your service was great and it seems to be a quality rim. Thanks
