The store has a nice layout and a decent selection of clothes, accessories, and more. Staff is helpful if you ask for help.

Little bit on the pricey side of things but well worth the money. Employees were very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful.

The round abouts or whatever were ridiculous. Need better signage. I know the construction was expensive.

Went in for some wine glasses and never expected to buy their top of the range Waterford, but our assistant was informative, professional and very helpful. The glasses are insane and I don't know if it was from reading other wine glass reviews, but I do think our wine tasted better in them. Great buying experience.

Very nice upscale store.you won't find many "bargains" here, but a great selection of high end brands. Warning to men, keep your girlfriend/wife significant other, away from the purse area. Great selection, according to my wife, but very spendy!

We got a gorgeous prom dress for my daughter today. The employee's helped us pick between two and were very insightful. The woman working the jewelry counter was caring in helping to find nickle free earrings and a necklace due to my daughter's nickle allergy. The person helping with shoe's was quick and patient. It was an amazing experience and we'd love to come in again.

Beverly. She is a class act, just like the store itself. I was the last one to leave last night, so she had to unlock the door to let me out a few minutes after closing. I thanked her and apologized for keeping her as I headed to my car - the only car - in an empty lot. Intentionally aware of my surroundings, I glanced back at the store and noticed Beverly watching me. I gave a little wave and wondered what she was doing when it hit me that she was waiting to make sure I made it safely to my car. I’ll tell you what - it turned my night around. She was “in the moment” and put my safety before herself and how badly she may have wanted to get home -
a rarity these days. That one small act of kindness and genuine concern (I never would have known she was watching over me if I hadn’t turned around) spoke volumes and warmed my heart.

I found one of the ladies who was working there very rude and prejudice. Really disgusted by our interaction. I feel like she was very snooty for working at a knock off Nordstrom.

I love Von Maurs surrounding. It always feels so welcoming and beautiful. I love shopping there.
