W & Z Mongolian Buffet reviews
9You definitely get what you pay for here. The price is low, but so is the quality of the food. It is exactly what you expect from a buffet that has French fries, sushi, and banana pudding all in the same establishment. You are definitely able to get your money’s worth, but you are not going to feel great after you get done eating.
The entire hibachi grill is shut down, they don't not have half of the food items they normally serve and almost everything was old during dinner and they are still charging the same prices. We will never be back
Service was good, the food was lousy, the bathrooms were disgusting, the place needs to be cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this place too eat.
Food was bad. All four members of my party was sick all night long. And prices were too high for the amount of food was out.
I hate to even give this place 1 star.the food used to be really good but i just ate here and my friends and i all found hair in our food and everything was cold and dried up, they wouldn’t discount our bill and we received terrible customer service. I wont be eating here again
No Hibachi grill, just the buffet. Very small selection. If they are not going to do the Hibachi they should offer more choices. Food was ok, being it just opened I would have expected hotter food.
For starters I think they have taken wonderful measurements to protect both staff and customers. Multiple sanitation stations and staff is very kind/helpful. Some of the chicken is a little bit hard but very good flavor. Rice and noodles were great, love the sauces available. Besides the question of some foods being a little chewy, cosmetically there are multiple updates needed. Entryway water pond has metal railing that’s a rust bucket waiting for a kid to fall over. The food I had was good, but they need to work on cleaning the place up.
Nibbled on some stuff, but everything had a taste of being reheated or rechilled multiple times. Rancidity in just about everything. Even stuff I would consider safe at many buffets was inedible. Didn't get sick, but didn't eat much.
