Great service! He knew in 1 glance why my middle gears wouldn't shift properly. I'd had the bike looked at over the years by several shops and people and noone else figured out the frame was bent. He addressed numerous issues I've neglected over the years. Even wiped it all down and cleaned it up. Nice and shiny. Rides like new!
