I had a wonderful experience. I was in a bind and needed my battery replaced ASAP, so the mechanic stayed late to help me out. I’m so grateful for him going above and beyond, it made my weekend so much easier. Thank you!
Made an 8 a.m. Appointment the night before. When I arrived the next morning, no one was there and there was a line of other customers with 8 a.m. Appointments waiting at the door. Stay far away from this place!

Decided spur of the moment to get new tires, no appointment and was in and out of there in roughly 2 hours. Friendly employees and covered for sporting goods when no one seemed to want to take care of us.
Got an oil change two days ago and now the undercarriage is hanging off. Go there To tell them about it think they’re going to fix the problem for me since it’s their fault and now they sent me to a hardware store so I have to pay for the part and put it in myself. Won’t be getting my oil change from there again!
They literally did not answer their phone for four days. Don't waste your time like I did.

I worked here and the pay is a joke. $15 starting pay which sounds ok until you've worked here for 2 years and they don't want to give you a raise.the point system is a joke.no time and a half pay on holidays and you can't call in evenif you use youre time off hours.and management is a joke.don't work here! Went to get tires rotated and they messed with my tpms sensors. Was told to come back and when I got there they stated machine was broken.also came here for a flat repair 2times less then 2 days goes back and it's back to leaking.
Too lazy to be able to help replace a battery. They told me that they had to do "too much work" to be able to help me change my battery. Mind you if they were really busy I could be okay with them not being able to help, However this time was not one of those cases. They had no customers and had more than enough people to help each other out and get my battery replaced.
2 of the most friendly Walmart employees I've ever dealt with! Reasonable price for an oil change. Done quickly.
The Ankeny Walmart Auto crew was super friendly. They got me in to get my battery changed out between appointments. And it didn't take that long!
