Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
9The customer service has always been absolutely horrible. They take way too long to do any and all services and they never answer the phone. I came in a few months to replace tires but they forgot to order them so I couldn’t replace my tires. They offered to reorder them but I would have to schedule another appointment myself after I got home. I only ever come because their prices are low.
They didn't reset my oil ordeal so it still flashes service soon. I felt like it took a long time for the oil change.
Not good so far. I scheduled my appointment and bought the tires and service online, but the app said one was missing, and even worse, the store said they reserved all 4 for another person and I had to either reschedule or walk in early the next day since they spent minutes figuring out the issue. I of course took my business elsewhere.
So it looks like the app is out of sync with the store. I'm not making another online auto center purchase again.
Would be 1/2 star if I didn't get what I needed done. They do not answer the phone to make appointments and you will have to wait 3 hours to exchange a bulging battery leaking acid if you walk in after 3pm. And another half hour because the entire chain of command of this store will need to be called because no one knows how to process a battery exchange at the register. They appear to have 1 mechanic working here and whomever else is cleary quiet quitting, dont go if you value your time
When I arrived my car was a mess. I had a spare tire on the front. In the car was a jack and a flat tire and two unmounted tires. When they were done the tires had been mounted, balanced, and rotated. The jack and spare had been put away. They did a great job at an affordable price.
They guy told me it would be an upcharge due to the quote being wrong, so I told the man behind the counter that it wasn't a big deal on price. Had my car ready to go in 30 minutes with 2 new front tires mounted and balanced. I told the guy I wanted to keep the passenger tire because it was still good, and he put the tire in a bag to cover it and left it in my back seat for me. I was also able to take advantage of their protection plan because it was cheap and deals with nails in the tires.
Edit: After leaving a negative review, Corporate reached out to me, telling me they wanted to make it right (and, presumably, get me to change my review). Once I'd told them what happened, they agreed that it was unacceptable, promised that they'd address it with the location, and that the location would be reaching out to me to make it right.
Shocker! They lied. Six months later, and nobody has reached out to address their failure, or redress what they cost me. Walmart knows it's big enough to ignore even legitimate grievances.

I needed new tires, but they didn't schedule enough workers to cover the hours they're supposed to be open, so they turned me away.
Didn't have tires I needed or clothes in common sizes. But well kept store and clean bathrooms.
