Last time I got an oil change my car started getting a bunch of warning lights and eventually had a gasket blown. There was no issues before at all.

Even though I didn't end up keeping the appointment, I still rate the Manawa branch bc of the girl who helped me out on the phone. It was late, almost 6: 30 or so when I contacted them for a tire and mount. The girl I spoke to told me that the only reason she couldn't help us that evening was because there was only one tech working, so he was overloaded, and offered to schedule an appointment for the next day, looked up the exact tire, gave 3 different brands & prices, and made sure it was in the store. Thorough, super down to earth, and very pleasant during the very helpful call. Refreshing customer service. Damned if I can remember her name or I'dve mentioned it. Sorry!

Be careful of this auto center. I got my oil changed in my Chevy Cruze and while changing the oil they sheared my coolant hose right of its housing. I didn't know until I was all the way across Omaha and my engine overheated in a moments time. I contacted the store and explained how the coolant hose is right above the oil filter and how it was not broke before I brought it to the store. The manager told me to get the car fixed and bring them the receipt and they reimbursed me the cost of the fix. Happy they paid for their mistake. Not happy it happened in the first place and lost myself time without a vehicle.

Had me wait over an hour and a half just to tell me you don't have my oil filter in stock. I never received a call or text and had to tell them when my car was finished because it was just sitting in the back parking lot. It is very unprofessional and I won't be returning.

Had an appointment at noon to get two new tires put on, and rotated. I was told it would be done in under an hour. My vehicle was on the stand within minutes, however, the appointment took two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if your “mechanics” are going to sit on their thumbs for two hours? And zero customer service to boot.

Additionally, all of the bathrooms in the store were out of service. What a disaster.

The complete lack of any hustle from thier technicians. Had 2 cars in front of me needing oil changes.took three guys a hour and a half to do 2 oil changes and then watched them stand around for 15 minutes without a car in any bay I don't get it

Took my front rotors in to have them turned. They got them done promptly and affordably! I'm very pleased!

Both times I've been there for an oil change they have said an hour. 1st trip, 1 1/2 hours. 2nd time there over 2 HOURS! Never be back.

Just there to buy electical parts and upgrade battery terminals. They had what I needed cheaper than the parts stores.

Went to have a tire patched, was told it was too close to the side to do so and i needed a new tire. Even though I knew it could be patched I got a new one anyways so I could keep it as a spare and not have a donut. They put the new tire on my rim then I heard the mechanic tell the manager he couldn’t get the lug nut off and the manager told him “smack it with a hammer”. The mechanic told me he couldn’t get it off and I’ll have to take it somewhere else. Paid my bill and went to leave and they tried keeping my old tire so I had to go in and tell them AGAIN I said to put it in the back of my car. 0/10. I got a new tire not even mounted, tried to keep the one I got fixed elsewhere and left with the donut on my car still. Extremely unhappy.

Unrealistic wait time, I was told it would take a couple of hours to patch one tire with a nail in it.

Extremely poor customer service skills! They show up late to work then don't tell you that they have appointments in front of you and just keep stringing you along telling you your fix will be yet another three hours. I will not recommend using them for anything auto related. They like to upsale the road hazard on tires which wouldn't be a bad deal if they had any amount of customer service. I have to add that Amy is the only employee in the auto care department that can fully comprehend the job and all that it intels and actually has great customer service.

Showed up to get my oil changed and waited at the desk for 10 minutes…crickets! No one to greet me or ask me to wait; and definitely no one available to schedule my oil change… I left and went to Jiffy Lube, who had someone there right as I pulled up and got me RIGHT in! They even knocked $20 off my oil change! Do better, Walmart Automotive.

They said they aired my tires and put that had 33 on all four tires on my paperwork. Went out to get into my car and my tire light was still on.
Went back in and told them and they said yes we aired them and it takes 20 miles for the light to go off.
Long story short. I had my dad checked them the air was 24 on all four tires and my dad aired them up and the light went off right away.
Don't trust them!
