Walmart Supercenter, Cedar Rapids IA

Cashier would not get somebody to price overdrive a movie for me I will probably not be back at this walmart for a while

Went to the automotive dept for a oil change and new tire. Lisa was very rude and has no customer service at all. Big thanks to Tanner your service skills are amazing.

I came to get boots and gloves for my little brothers. Left with pajamas for my sister and I, and my brothers get hats, scarves, gloves, and boots. All relatively inexpensive.

Absolutely terrible! Long lines, slow checkouts, products missing and not restocked. Will shop elsewhere! Forced to choose one star as negative stars is not an option

No stars, plenty of workers no one working. Shopping carts full. Al the way across lanes of parking lot. None in entrance of store. Go to Super Target!

Shelve always empty. Green peppers have been garbage for the last 6 months. Time to start going to Hyvee

Especially at this time of year, we need to have Walmart staff to help us find things. It is a zoo in the store, but it could be SO much better with some assistance. It would also help to decrease shoplifting.

Has what you expect from walmart. Rather trashy though, lots of trash in the store on the floor, and in the parking lot. Service is sub-par for a walmart.

The staff I asked for help was well informed and although were out of stock on the batteries I wanted they told me when they would be restocked.

Wasn't happy when I was checking out and noticed the pie I bought, that was in a stack that stated they were $3.98, rang up $7.98. I called the cashier over and even took her to the stack.that was still there. She didn't give me any discount and the others were left there!
Won't be going back to the SW side Walmart!
Going to Target from now on!

Prices aren't bad, but about a third of the food I went for was out of stock again (Sunday at 5). I am a bargain shopper, and I personally don't like the way they do Savings Catcher now. Tech has taken over.though the self check out lines went back into the clothing section because there were only 8 lanes open on a weekend 16 days before Christmas.

Sunday morning, skeleton crew.yet Jayme went out of her way to help.me find exactly what I needed. When I got to the checkout, my Samsung pay was acting up.the cashier and the manager fixed it quickly and apologized to me and the other people in line for the inconvenience (it was really only about 2 minutes). Everyone did their jobs enthusiastically and made my morning:)

The staff here are usually not as friendly as the Blairsferry store, but today they seemed to be overly kind. They're getting better.

I enjoy this Walmart. It's usually very well stocked, staff are helpful and friendly. It is always very crowded during mid day, so do shopping early on late evenings.

Store is dirty, the staff never talks to you, lots of questionable activities in and around store.try to avoid going here if i can.good gas station though!

It was a wasted trip never call customer service and ask if they have something in the store they will tell you yes and when u get there it isn't there a special stop for no reason

I find the grocery area clean easy to find the food I'm looking for and the prices on a lot of the foods affordable some things like the blueberries I've been craving and other fruits I won't buy as the price is high unaffordable for me but Walmart is one of my favorite grocery stores for more affordable foods to eat. Thank you Walmart.

Have most things I need but need more checkout personnel, for I don't want to check myself out, otherwise I would stay home and order online at Amazon.

Not sure what happened at this store but it is now one of the cleanest, nicest, most full Wal Marts I know of! Good work guys!

I trust ALL the Wal-Marts with all my grocery needs when in that area. Especially trinket needs. I HAVE A MIMIKYU NOW! YAY!
