Walmart Supercenter, Atlantic IA

Pulled in Atlantic Iowa automotive center 15 minutes before they closed with a trailer that had 4 ruined tires. They stayed for us and got them replaced for the 800 miles we had ahead of us to get home. Bless all in the service area.

Okay went and bought cigarettes and when I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong brand so I went back and got cigarettes Exchange however when I went the first time I used a $5 off coupon and you can't reuse coupons so I lost $5 in the transaction

Wow! Waited 45 minutes for someone to cut fabric. At least 5 separate associates walked by us. Each one said they would find someone to help. We finally left all of our potential quilting purchases and walked out of the store. I have no idea how they ever sell any sewing supplies or fabrics…

Use to love this store, now hate it. No one at the checkouts. Forced to use self check outs. I shouldn't have to do their job. Don't waist your time. Go to Fare way or HyVee, real people work there.

Horrible place with even more horrible employees that are led by even more horrible management.

Go to dollar general, ull have a better experience than here, specifically this store.

Not enough self check outs! The last three or four times I've been there, I've had to wait for one to open up. Why are we doing their job? We aren't saving anything by doing so.

Price tag and ring up price were not the same. I asked the check out kid to correct it. He said, "you gotta go to customer service to have that done. I don't know how ".
Every employee should know how to do that!

Went there at 6am. Went to check out and was told I had to self check out. Because they didn’t have any cashiers until 7. I am not a Walmart employee shouldn’t have to check my own stuff.

Walmart is supposed to be a good shopping experience but the price hikes and the self check out machines are always freezing and or the check out scanner reads wrong. Then have to wait for the yellow vest to fix.

It's Walmart. Customer service is un heard of. You get treated like an employee then like a suspect. I hate that sometimes I have no choice but to shop their.

The store seems to have less merchandise. But my rating is for the Amex Gift card. All sales are final which is fine EXCEPT when cards don't function. None of the card I bought had any money on them. They were $100 cards. The Walmart service person called American Express who basically said too bad so sad. These cards were just taken out of their envelopes and had been nowhere other than Walmart and my purse. These were gifts as were ones I bought at Casey's. None of the 7 cards worked. Was I embarrassed? Indeed. So basically Walmart and Casey's made $700 from me and I got 7 useless cards and so di d the giftees. This is unacceptable. Figure something out so your customers are not scammed. BTW, a service desk employee warned me that there is a huge scam going on internationally with these cards. It appears to m e that the problem is right here in the USA. Shame on you Walmart and Caseys.

Store is great, fried chicken is horrible. Decided to try full size pieces since wing prices are out of control, couldn't be more disappointed. Threw most if it away, too much breading hardly any meat

Took my nephews for their birthday and they loved it! Fun for a variety of ages, and they really enjoyed the disco lights after 8.

This Walmart is nicely around other stores, had stations and restaurants in that vicinity making it one of my preferred Walmart.

Walmart optical, $585.00 dollars for glasses only to find out the lens prescription was reversed. So their you go. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST, INCOMPETENT DIRTBAGS!

This was not the normal Walmart experience. This was the best stocked and by far the cleanest Walmart that I have ever shopped in. Hats off to the staff of this Wal-Mart.

Selected a grill. Was delivered to Customer Service. Box was badly damaged. Employees didn't find any damage when they inspected, they said. It was supposedly just the box. Took it home (29 miles). Started to assembly when I noticed knob broken off and bolt end had to be extracted. Finished assembly then called Pit Boss and they will send replacement parts under warranty. Lesson learned: Don't take a protect that has a damaged box.

Little boys clothing selection is so limited your better off brainwashing your little man or men they are girls because that's what 85-90% of their infant-5yr old clothing is. Walmart in Atlantic doesnt have clothing/shoes for boys age 2-5! Especially. Customer service is nonexistant and the button your suppose to press for help is apparently for show. Waited back by sporting goods for customer service for just short of an hour while continually paging customer service assistance that never showed! 0 stars

Clothing options are very limited. 2 employees were standing at end of checkout but no checkout was available except self checkout. I'm not paid to ring up my items.

Atlantic has a very clean store. We asked a lady for lunchboxes and she stopped what she was doing and took us right to them. Very helpful
