Walmart Supercenter reviews
21Walmart workers are lazy now that You check yourself out. Hard to get help finding items while store chages inventory item locations for some reason
They keep moving things around. It's hard enough trying to find what you want without having to go up and down each isle.
I was very happy to find thin rice noodles, because I didn't think my location carried any that thin. Can't wait to make my own Thai bowls
There are always helpful staff in the self check out area.
Needed to do a return today and it was fast and efficient at Customer Service.
Worst Walmart in the entire Omaha Council Bluffs metropolitan area; the store is filthy, the employees could care less, they refuse to price match, products are always out of stock and pickups randomly take 30 to 40 minutes for absolutely no reason. Avoid this store like the plague!
Good experience, shelves are stocked.found everything I was looking for.lots of groceries for $106.clean store, friendly checkout, thanks for double bagging my items to carry to my rig.
I go here for the Smart Style Hair salon and the stylists are always very nice. Needed a lot less hair and they delivered.
Would give less stars if possible. Staff mainly being upper management are poorly trained especially when it comes to mental health. They do not work with you when it comes to needing extra time off when something comes up. Like for instance I needed to leave early one night and had ppto because I became homeless and I literally got told no that they had no coverage. I just feel like they all need trained better when it comes to any type of interaction whatever the case may be.
The automotive center is wonderful they go the extra mile to find stuff they are friendly n really enjoyed doin there work really great service n customer service and support
Use to like this walmart, they've become lazy and annoying. People could care less if they run into you. I could go on but I'm gonna bite my tongue.
I had an awesome experience with Mo, who was the front end clerk working the self check out full lanes on May 9th around 545 pm. There was some soil on the check out and he approached to get it cleaned up before I could say anything. He was helping multiple customers and was very kind while doing so.
It was busy but there were more real checkers than I've seen in a long time. We checked out quickly. I for once didn't have an anxiety attack.
Walmart isn't my favorite place but it gets the task done.
The management in this store is atrocious, the store is falling apart, associates don't get properly trained so they can't fully succeed at their job. The front end crew has no clue what their doing and the 15-16 year olds they hire run the store more so than the management, if you can find one they're usually sitting on their phone while telling some poor kid to do their job. If you ask me this Walmart should get shut down the one on 16th Street is better in management. Dawn and Amanda are unprofessional. Shouldn't work customer service if you can't save face and treat people with respect or a modicum of basic decency.
A child was assaulted and almost abducted inside of your store and was not helped by employees. The store said they didn't have anybody there who could pull cameras for her father and the police. I would imagine that this would be a situation in which you wake up WHOMEVER you need to wake up and make it happen. A CHILD was assaulted was almost abducted in YOUR store.
Tell me why I pressed the button three times and ended up walking away because Walmart wants to lock up pet flea and tick guard
Staffed by tii meant employees duckung and dodging their superiors in order to be on their cells during work, associates that you finger or that "practically crash into you (literally down various isles hiding their obvious dis speaking) beings they are on the clock
Pretty busy but got in and out fairly quickly. Lots of Christmas items available! However we searched all over for medical masks and couldn't find any.
This was an impressive site. The biggest Walmart I have ever seen. Inside, things are a complete mess. Clothing strewn everywhere. Digging thew piles to find what your looking for. No men's big and tall available even in the underwear.
Can redemption is never open during posted hours, I’ve gone on different days and different times. Employees go out of their way to avoid you. The store always has major holes on the shelves and empty product boxes throughout grocery. When asked where anything is, I’m told to use my phone all because clearly the staff don’t know. Cashiers standing around self check out talking to each other.
Absolutely can't stand going to this location. Good luck getting a single person to help you with anything. 45 minutes later, I keep being told "he's coming". Pass
