5When I called to see about getting new lens for my glasses. Karen was very happy to help. She looked up my information and told me she could order new ones for me with no cost since they were still under warranty. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you.
Went in there to ask if they would fix my glasses and the lady was extremely kind and fixed them for me! 10/10 would recommend based on their customer service!

As the last appointment of a long day I was so lucky to have Tami help me. She was considerate, kind and fun. You wouldn’t know I was the last patient of the day. She helped me find frames and didn’t rush me. It truly was a fun experience.
I have gone to this Vision center for many years, but my most recent visit was not at all like those in the past. All the employees were nice and pleasant. The optometrist walked past me, and didn't acknowledge me. My exam took less than 10 minutes.more like 5 minutes. The pre-tests took longer! I don't know how you can do a thorough exam in the short time I was in the chair? $125 later. I suggest a new optometrist who actually acts like they want to be there. I would of given a five star rating based on my past experiences, but not this exam.
