I just spoke with Deanna in the Drivers License office at Washington County Iowa. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She was as sweet and helpful as any customer service person I have ever been in contact with. She is a keeper for sure! Thanks Deanna! I wish there were a way I could contact her supervisor to let them know.
