My back pain has noticeably decreased after receiving chiropractic care here! The staff at Waukee Wellness are helpful and friendly! They fit me in right away when I hurt my back initially, and have been great about fitting appointments in around my schedule.

Dr. Wes and Dr. Ian were extremely thorough with my initial exam. They were careful to work out a plan of action just for my needs. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling and the kind and caring staff. I look forward to their continued care.

I started seeing Dr. Ian after a car accident. After six months, I was still having pain levels of around seven and cramps between my shoulder blades when using my right arm repetitively. Dr. Ian tried to tell me it was because I was sitting at my desk incorrectly and I needed to take pictures so he could tell me how to sit correctly. Two different physical therapy centers told me they would not treat me unless I first seen a doctor because they were concerned I had muscle or ligament damage. I told Dr. Ian this and that I was going to see a doctor because I felt like I needed an MRI. He told me they could refer me out for an MRI and he would consult with Dr. Wes. On my next visit he informed me that Dr. Wes felt like an MRI was unnecessary and too expensive and referred me to a 3rd physical therapist. Dr. Wes never examined me or had a conversation with me about my injury. At this point, I stopped going because I felt like, they just wanted me to settle my claim so they could get paid versus true concern about my injury/body. I am now seeing a sports medical doctor. There is damage to my rhomboid muscle from the car accident. Not only did Dr. Ian not diagnose me correctly. The exercises he recommended are the opposite recommended treatment for an injured rhomboid muscle. You are not suppose to lift your arm and he had me doing all kinds of movement exercises. I also feel he was dishonest in documenting the progression of my injury in order to get me to settle my claim. In writing I have requested accurate documentation and he has blatantly ignored my request. Instead of acknowledging my request, he sent me information for a local attorney so I can settle my claim. If Ian had professionally communicated with me this review would not be here or the next steps I’m being force to take to get him to provide honest accurate complete records! I am so disheartened by my experience. This is my body! I take these things very seriously. I will be filing a complaint with the Iowa state medical board. I’ve really been left with no other choice since Dr. Ian thinks he can leverage accurate, complete medical records for payment. From the beginning, Dr. Ian knew they would get paid when I settled. It is against the law, regardless of payment to not provide patients with their medical records. In addition, not be honest in injury documentation.

Injured my back lifting awhile ago and was hesitant on seeing a chiropractor but I’m so glad I did! Dr. Ian is amazing and knows what he’s talking about! I’m now back to working out, moving without pain, and seeing unexpected benefits (better sleep, more energy, better digestion). Huge thank you to Dr. Ian and Waukee Wellness & Chiropractic!

I have been seeing Dr. Wes Nyberg for the last 2 years and I am very pleased with the care I have received. The first consultation I had, he was very informative and explained the process of getting myself adjusted thoroughly. He has been very helpful the last 2 years addressing any pain/discomfort I have had and helping to relieve it. He, as well as all the staff, are kind and have been great!

I highly recommend Waukee Wellness & Chiropractic. This is a very friendly environment that really cares about your well-being. After just a few visits I could tell that I was on the right track to feeling better. Little did they know years of racing motocross and snowmobiles had taken a toll on me. These guys were getting a challenge they weren't aware of.now coming up on a few weeks of treatment I'm feeling 100% again.

I injured my back doing yard work two-weeks before I was scheduled to go on a 12-day backpacking trip. Dr. Ian was able to see me right away and was dedicated to helping me heal for my trip. The staff are all very welcoming and made me feel like I’d been a patient for years! I plan to continue care with Dr. Ian to hopefully prevent any future injuries!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a chiropractor! Everyone is so nice. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a hello. I highly recommend Dr. Wes. When I went in I was a bit messed up from being in a car accident. I was 19 lbs heavier on one side and he worked his chiropractor magic and I’m headed in the direction of being better than I was before the accident. So if you’re looking for a friendly place go here. They’re great!

Had an incident today where my back went out after 25 years on an old back issue and was in so much pain my employer called them up and they took me in immediately. The most nicest caring people I've ever met. I have no doubt at all they can get me back to where I was. 5 stars isn't enough for this chiropractor

I was Recommend to Dr. Wes by my Boss who expressed to me that he's seen multiple chiropractors and seemed to never achieved results until he seen Wes.

My back was in rough shape I could barley could walk or preform well at my Manuel labor job. So I took my bosses recommendation and went. I was nervous at first but Dr. Wes and his team was so Nice, professional, and informational about what was going on with my back and the processes of fixing it that it made me comfortable.

I've been seeing Dr. Wes and his team for almost over a year now and I'm so grateful for them. I'm finally standing straight up, can do my job without pain and finally able to go to the gym.

I have been having severe back issues postpartum for the last 6 months. I have been seeing Dr. Nyberg for about a month now and he has helped tremendously. I was having trouble interacting with my babies, I couldn’t pick them up or play on the floor with them without my back completely seizing up. For the past two nights I have been able to sit on the floor for extended periods of time with almost no pain. I am so glad I decided to try chiropractic care and glad I found Dr. Nyberg. He has been great to work with!
